What this policy covers

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website or contact me, why it is collected, and what happens to it. It applies to this website only. It does not cover client websites I work on, which have their own policies.

Information you give me directly

You are never required to create an account or fill in a form to read this site. Information reaches me only when you choose to send it, which normally means one of these:

• WhatsApp messages to +92 332 7227004, including your name, phone number and whatever you write.
• Emails to mhassanseo32@gmail.com, including your email address and any attachments.
• Client project data shared during paid work, such as website logins, Google Search Console access, Google Analytics access, Google Business Profile access and business documents.

That information is used to reply to you, to prepare an audit or a quote, and to carry out work you have hired me for. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records some technical information when you visit:

• Server logs kept by the web host, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you opened and the time of the visit. These exist for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics, used to understand which pages get read and how people arrive. This is aggregated traffic data, not an attempt to identify you personally.
• Google Search Console, which reports which search queries showed this site and how often they were clicked. It reports totals, not individual people.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar storage. Some are strictly functional, for example caching that helps pages load faster. Others come from analytics and record anonymous usage patterns.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site still works with cookies disabled, though some pages may load a little slower.

Third party services

Some services used to run this site or to deliver client work process data under their own privacy policies. These normally include the web host, Google services such as Analytics, Search Console and Business Profile, WhatsApp for messaging, and email providers.

I do not control how those companies handle data, so review their own policies if that matters to you.

How long information is kept

Enquiry messages are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Client project records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for reference and accounting. Analytics data follows the retention period set inside the analytics tool.

You can ask me to delete your messages and any personal details I hold at any time.

Client confidentiality

Work done for clients is treated as confidential. Client names are not published on this site without permission, which is why the results shown here are Search Console screenshots with client identities withheld.

Logins and access given to me for a project are used only for that project and are never passed to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send that request to mhassanseo32@gmail.com and I will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are contacting me from a country with specific data protection laws, such as the GDPR in Europe, those rights apply to your data as well.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. No information is knowingly collected from anyone under 16.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and reasonable steps are taken to protect information held about you. No system on the internet is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security, only sensible care.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the site or the services change. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
