Agreement

These terms cover your use of muhammadhassan.info and any SEO, content or WordPress website design service provided by Muhammad Hassan, Dera Ismail Khan, KPK, Pakistan. By using the site or hiring me, you accept them.

Where a signed proposal, quote or written scope says something different, that document wins over these general terms.

Services

Services offered include on-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, content strategy, link building, international SEO and WordPress website design and development. The exact work in any engagement is set out in a written scope agreed before the project starts.

Work outside that scope is quoted separately rather than added quietly to the bill.

Quotes and payment

Prices depend on scope, competition and the state of your site, so quotes are given per project rather than from a public rate card. A quote stays valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Payment terms, schedule and currency are confirmed in writing before work begins. Ongoing monthly work is billed in advance for the coming month unless we agree otherwise. Work may be paused on overdue invoices.

What you provide

To do the work I usually need timely access to your website, hosting, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile, plus approvals and content when asked for them.

• Delays in access, approvals or content move the timeline. That is normal and expected, but it is worth saying plainly.
• You confirm you have the right to use any text, images, logos or other material you send me.
• You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information such as prices, addresses and phone numbers published on your site.

Results and rankings

SEO improves the factors under our control. It cannot control Google. No specific ranking position, traffic figure, revenue level or timeline is guaranteed, and anyone who guarantees those things is not being honest with you.

What is guaranteed is white hat work, no black hat shortcuts, and transparent reporting from your own Search Console so you can see exactly what happened.

Rankings and traffic can also move because of algorithm updates, competitor activity, seasonality or changes you make to your own site. Those are outside my control.

Website design projects

Website projects run through the stages set out in the agreed scope, with a review point at each stage. A reasonable number of revision rounds is included; extensive changes after approval of a stage may be quoted as additional work.

On final payment, ownership of the completed website, its content and its logins transfers to you. Third party items such as premium plugins, stock images or fonts stay under their own licences, and hosting and domain costs are yours to hold.

Timelines

Estimated timelines are given in good faith based on the agreed scope. They assume the material and approvals listed above arrive when needed.

Cancellation

Either side can end an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the end of the notice period is payable.

For fixed scope projects cancelled partway, the work completed to that point is payable and any files produced are handed over once that invoice is settled.

Confidentiality

Business information you share stays confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your permission. Client names are not published on this site unless you agree to it.

Anonymised results, such as a Search Console screenshot with identifying details removed, may be used as evidence of work unless you ask me not to.

Liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim connected to the work is limited to the fees paid for that work, and there is no liability for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit.

Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Website content

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dera Ismail Khan, KPK, unless a written agreement between us says otherwise.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Existing signed scopes are not changed retroactively by an update here.
